I’m really into Linden flowers right now. I’ve found it super sweet and comforting to drink linden tea right now. It’s floral and sweet. And it’s one of the few herbs where I do a “weak infusion” and only brew it for maybe 10 minutes. Because it’s delicate taste and I like that delicacy.
Linden is like chamomile in that it’s super safe. But interestingly, it also gets slippery when brewed, which is excellent. It’s helping me de-stress and rest right now. Sometimes I don’t get excited about going to sleep. But Linden comes in, and it’s just like this lovely friend that tells me it’s going to be okay.
